Hello Travel Club was due to launch in early 2020. Our plans, like the plans of everyone out there, changed when the world went into a series of lockdowns. We have took the interim period to refine our model to make it the very best it can be, for our you. Now the grip of the pandemic has well and truly eased, we feel that our services are more important than ever. We want to help all of the travel fanatics out there who have been waiting for the green light to go. And we want to help them do it as economically as possible.

Nice, but who are you guys?
We live in the skies, well sort of! At Hello Travel Club we encourage our staff to take as many trips as possible. That ethos comes from the top. As one of our founders explains: “From the very first time I stepped on a plane, aged 5, I’ve had the travel bug. I’ve been counting my own personal air miles since 2011. I’ve travelled over a million kilometres from then until now, visiting over 70 countries and 200 cities along the way. The example when everything came together to a tee was my honeymoon. We started in London, moving on to the Maldives for £135, then to Colombia for £60, Kuala Lumpur for £30, then Bali for £25, followed by Singapore for £60. I could keep going, but to sum it up, we travelled around the world, visiting over 20 countries, taking in 25 cities and 28 flights. By stepping back in time, we even got to celebrate New Year’s Eve, twice! The alchemy on that trip of a lifetime made me realise I wanted to use my deal-finding skills to help other people enjoy the same magical experiences, all across the world. After all, why jump on a crowded train for £80 from London to Liverpool when you can hop to the other side of Europe for the same price?” We’ve taken that philosophy and flown with it.

There are thousands of deals out there, it’s just about uncovering them. We spend hours trawling for the best deals out there. What type of flights do you look for?
We currently look for amazing deals on all flights: short-haul and long-haul. Wherever there are low-cost deals hidden away, we’ll undercover the secret and share them with our members.
Which UK Airports do you cover?
Our focus to begin with will be on the metropolitan, mainstay airports: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin. We will be adding more in time, so keep an eye out for those and while you wait be sure to add your airport preferences on the ‘Profile’ page found in the app.
What about a Private Jet?
Why not? Let’s live that dream together – it’s all possible. We’ve found private jet journeys from £300 to Ibiza, £250 to Paris, and even New York for under £1000! Madness? Maybe, but genius too…
What if I would like to experience business and first class?
Then you’re in the right place. We love sharing first class or business class deals – there are plenty of them out there. If it’s your first time or your fiftieth time, you don’t need to pay over the odds for that extra TLC. We can find the bargains you never thought possible and we’ll tell you about them super-fast.
How many updates will I receive per week?
It depends on how many unbeatable deals are hidden out there at any one time. As soon as we find one, we’ll send you an email. We don’t hold back – the latest deal we uncover might just be the one you’ve been waiting for.
Where can I fly to?
There is nowhere we don’t cover. We’re always browsing over hundreds of destinations. We regularly find deals in Europe from £20 return, South America, Asia and Australia for £400 return and Africa from £80 return. How does that sound?
So, you do private searches?
For example, let’s say you find an eye-catching price online. You can send it to us via the ‘Personal Search’ on the App. We will then check it out and give you three options:
Option 1 : We check it out and message you back saying “Congrats, you found yourself a great deal. Have an amazing trip!”
Option 2 : We find a better deal and send the option back to you. You can book it yourself if you like. There will be no extra charge for this, it’s just part of our service.
Option 3 : The deal we find for you may be available through our travel partner, who can then complete the booking for you. Don’t worry, it’s ATOL and ABTA bonded.
If you want something specific, we’ll get searching for you. All we want is for you to get the best deal possible. When that happens, we’re all happy.
Aren’t there other ways of doing this?
Yes, there are travel agents and online agents who will search for a good deal for you, but they take commission on your bookings. This means they will often push you towards a deal which suits them as it gives them a bigger commission. We are totally independent and we don’t take a commission from anyone. That leaves us free to find our members the cheapest deals available. Yes, there are other companies out there, but we’re confident nobody matches our enthusiasm and acumen for doing the job. Will you bombard me with emails?
No, far from it. If you’re anything like us, you get so much junk email and newsletters that your relationship with technology is strained. With that in mind, we’ll only send you the information that is relevant to you – we’ll lower the noise level. Notifications tailored to you will showcase the best of what we have found on any given day.
