We work incredibly hard to save money for all our members and always try to be as fair as possible. As such we offer an easy 7-day cancellation policy, but we do please ask that members recognise the hard work that goes into this service and do not abuse this policy.

7-day Money Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions qualify for our 7-day money-back guarantee. We hope you will be so impressed with the service that you’ll stay with us, but should you wish to cancel your membership within the first 7 days after your initial payment, just go to the ‘More’ section and follow the simple instructions to cancel your membership. App Store or Play Store will then offer you a full refund. During the 7-day free trial period you can use all of the features barring the exclusive ‘Personal Search’ option, as this is the feature that requires the most man power. Once this trial period has passed, feel free to ask us anything.

Automatic Renewals

When you become a Hello Travel Club member your membership will automatically renew each year. If you do not want automatic renewal of your membership, please go to the ‘Members Section’ and follow the simple instructions to cancel auto-renewal. We do not issue any refunds for renewals or offer any pro-rated refund options.
